Hi, I’m Nicola.

Most of the people I work with already know podcasting matters.
They’ve seen how powerful audio can be for building trust, connection and sales.

What they don’t want is another thing to manage.
Another platform to stay on top of.
Another weekly job that lives in their head.

That’s where I come in.

I help business owners turn their podcast into something that actually supports their business.

Before online business, I spent over a decade in the NHS.

I spent over 12 years in the NHS, working as a midwife and health visitor.
It was incredibly rewarding, and demanding in ways you don’t always see from the outside.

You learn very quickly how to stay calm when a lot is going on.

In 2020, I left the NHS and built my own business as a fertility coach.
I loved it. I grew an audience, worked with clients 1:1, created content and learned what it’s like to carry a business on your own.

And over time, I noticed something.

That’s what led me here.

Why this work

The work I enjoyed most wasn’t being visible or constantly creating.
It was bringing ideas to life.
Building systems.
Making things work smoothly behind the scenes.

That became even clearer when I stepped into an operations role.
Working closely inside an established business, I found myself drawn more and more to the podcast.

Not just the editing, but the structure around it.
How it fitted into the wider business.
How it supported ideas, offers and long-term goals.

Podcasting sits in a right place for me.
It’s part strategy, part structure, part psychology.
It needs consistency, thought and someone who understands the bigger picture.

That’s the role I now play for my clients.

I work as a strategic partner behind the scenes, making sure their podcast supports the business they’re building, without becoming another thing they have to manage.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me…
